I read Touching Spirit Bear in my literature circles, my favorite part of the book is the ending because Cole (the main charactor) finally becomes friends with Peter Driscal, (the kid that Cole merciliously beat up), and they like each other and respect each other in the end, that's my favorite part of the book!
My Lit. Circle book I was reading was Touching Spirit Bear. So now you're going to ask what's my favorite part of the book. Well, my favorite part of this book was when Cole got mauled by the Spirit Bear and he got ripped to, literally, shreds and had pretty much all of his bones broken. And that is my favorite part of my novel.

The book I just read was The BirchBark House. My favorite part of the book was when Omakayas realize she can talk with the spirits. That was my favorite part of the book!
My favorite part of the book of Wrinkle In Time is when they go to the jail to go to break their father out of jail because meg has not seen her father in a couple of years and since Charles was a baby.
I read Touching Spirit Bear and i thought the best part is when Cole trys to help Peter but Peter dosnt want his help. I like this part because Cole gets to try and learn from his mistakes and be the better person towards Peter.
My favorite part of The Great Gilly Hopkins is when she stole money from the guy next door and her foster mother when she went to buy the bus ticket to go see her birth mother the cashier called the cops and the cops took her to the police station and call her mother to come get her when she wouldn't go so her foster brother got her to leave.

My fave part of the story was when Cole went back to the island and started to change.I liked that part because it was cool to see him go from a bad kid to a good kid.

I read gilly hoppkins and it was a good book. there is a girl and she is in a orfin home and she wonts to go see her mom but she needs to get on a plane so what will she do now.my favrite part was the end because she lives with her mom.
I read Esperanza Rising as my Lit. circle book. My favorite part is when Esperanza has to open her gifts from her birthday a long time ago and she gets to open what she feared the most. Her dead papa's gift. He always got her a doll from him but this one looked like an angel. The second she looked at the doll she started to sob.
My favorite part in the book Touching Spirit Bear was when Cole threw a spear at the spirit bear and got mauled by the bear. I like that part because there was a lot of action suspense

My favorite part of Esperanza Rising is when Miguel disapears and steals all of Esperanza's money she has saved to bring Abulita to the U.S. Then the next day Miguel comes back with Abulita from Mexico, and before Esperanza finds out Miguel brought Abulita Esperanza starts yelling at Miguel because he stole her money.After they figured out what had happened everyone forgave eachother and they were all happy once again.
In my literacy book Ezperanza my favorite part was when there house caught on fire. That part was very exciting and actiony. No one expected that was going to happen because it happened in the middle of the night. That was my most favorite part in Ezperanza Rising.

I read The Birchbark House in my literacy circle. My favorite part in the book is when Andeg returned back to Omakayas after leaving her family. Omakayas was so happy he returned. That is my favorite part in The Birchbark House.
I read Touching Spirit Bear in my literature circle. The best part about it was when Cole got attacked by the spirit bear. But it all started from Cole when he beat up Peter. He didnt want to be sent to jail so he was sent to an island. And that twhen thing started to get BAD!
I read Esperanza,and my favorite part was when they where on the train and Miguel would not stop talking about trains and that annoyed Esperanza. Also I really thought That the dust storm was scary yet very "action packed" in a way. So those are my absolute Favorite parts of the book

My favorit part about Hawks Hill was when Ben got lost in the parie and it was storming and ben got scared and peed his pants and then he found shelter by going in a badger hole. This is my favorite part because it was really weird and just ramdom that he peed his pants.
My favorite part of the literacy circle book I read "The Birchbark House" had a good part to me. That part was when Omakayas took Neewo out of his tikinagun and let him play. It seemed sweet and nice to me.

I read The Birchbark House. My favorite part was when Ten Snow gave Omakaya a leather pouch with colorful seed beads, fine sinew thread,two needles, and a piece of broad cloth so Omakaya could sew and embroader
I read Incident at Hawk's Hill and my favorite part is when Ben and the Badger find Lobo Burton's furocious dog. Lobo is trying to kill the Badger so Ben grabs its leg and the Badger grabs Lobo's neck and kills it. I thought the book was very strange but in all a very good book. Another one of my favorite parts was when Burton shoots the Badger and him and Mr. MacDonald got in a fight and Burton was chased away and that is what I thought about Incident at Hawk's Hill.
The book that I read was Incident at Hawks Hill.My favorite part was when Burton and Mr.Mcdonald get into a fight because Burton shot the badger.So Mr.Mcdonald chases away Burton from the farm and he is not aloud back at the farm.That was my favorits part about hawks hill.
